- Smoked Black Angus Carpaccio
- Carne Salada
- Vitello Tonnato
- Porcini mushroom flan with parmesan fondue
- "Morgan" sweet and sour vegetable giardiniera
- Castelmagno cheese with honey and preserves
- Piacentino salami and Parma culatello
A duo of flavorful, festive first courses
- Risotto with 36-month-aged parmesan and porcini mushrooms
- Fresh egg garganelli with farmyard meat ragù, finished with red wine
Choice of exquisite meat entrees
- Braised Cappello del prete with red wine reduction and yellow polenta
- Sliced sirloin with gorgonzola fondue, baked radicchio, crispy bacon crumbs, and roasted potatoes
